I seem to recall reading about this bug somewhere before. The problem disappears for me when I disable smooth scrolling in advanced options.

		<description>Yeah, I get that same bit of rendering oddness on my copy of IE too. Fully patched copy of IE 6 on XP Pro SP2. What is interesting to me is that if I continually scroll up and down the page, sometimes I get the missing borders, sometimes not and sometimes the ammount missing changes.</description>
