As far as the whole &lt;acronym title="Uniform Resource Locator"&gt;URL&lt;/acronym&gt;/&lt;acronym title="Uniform Resource Indicator"&gt;URI&lt;/acronym&gt; thing goes, the sad truth of it is, I've actually written to "explanations" and I still don't really have a firm grasp on the difference.  I find myself still saying &lt;acronym title="Uniform Resource Locator"&gt;URL&lt;/acronym&gt; all the time, since that's what I've been calling them for the last 10 years.  Creature of habit, I guess.</description>
